"Beirut Duet"
An exploration of musicality and movement to the music of Beirut
Description:
Beirut Duet began its journey in Indah’s living room as an exploration of musicality and movement dynamics influenced by the music of Beirut. It was originally created as a duet and has since been adapted for groups of four, six, eight, and twelve dancers ranging in age from 14 - 26. The work premiered in New York in 2010 and has been performed internationally.
