"The composition and improv classes turned me into a brand new artist" - Future Dancers and Dancer Makers

"Indah Walsh is by far one of the best teachers I have ever worked with" Future Dancers and Dancer Makers

"Indah M. Walsh is an innovative choreographer and a compassionate dance educator. Indah easily adapts her classes and choreography to be appropriate and accessible for diverse students and levels. Whether she is working with a class of forty beginning-level dancers or a small group of professional artists, Indah’s compassionate and encouraging teaching style brings out the best in her students. Her comprehensive background in ballet and modern dance, combined with her creative skills in choreography, ensure an inspiring and challenging learning environment. During her week-long visit to our high school dance department in Northern California, Indah taught master classes for nearly 200 students enrolled in beginning, intermediate, and advanced dance. She customized the exercises and choreography for each level, providing individual feedback and inspiration to help each student feel safe and excited to learn. My students loved her classes and said they couldn’t wait for her to come back and work with them again the following year." - Dance Educator, Nevada Union High School, Grass Valley, CA

"As my 9th grade Junior Varsity instructor, Indah was the person who really sparked my love for dance. Indah not only helped me better my dancing, but she influenced me in a way that helped me grow and mature as a person. My experience with her gave me a passion, and in this I learned diligence, how to work with others, and how to take instruction in order improve and gain confidence in something that mattered to me. Without Indah I would not have this art that makes me so happy, so I am forever grateful to her!" - Student from Taipei American School, Taipei, Taiwan
